Events are getting orphaned in TSPS

1) For the pncell determine the values for the properties, the examples below are not the default out of the box values
    EventDBKeepClosed=14d
    EventDBKeepNonClosed=30d

2) Open a command prompt and go to the %TRUESIGHTPSERVER_HOME%/truesightpserver/bin directory

3) Record the current TSPS property values (displayed in minutes)
    tssh properties list EVENTS_PRUNING_PERIOD
    tssh properties list closedEventsPruningPeriod

4) Set new property values (configured in minutes)
    Tssh properties set EVENTS_PRUNING_PERIOD  1440
    Tssh properties set closedEventsPruningPeriod  20160

5) Clean the elastic search data as mentioned in KA 000102508 - requires stopping TSPS, don’t restart the server after deleting the data folder.
6) Take a backup of the core-api.jar and platform.jar from %TRUESIGHTPSERVER_HOME%/truesightpserver/lib directory
7) Replace the jars that are provided with this hotfix.
8) Restart TSPS


Fix provided: when the events are deleted from the CELL, now TSPS will sync with CELL every 10 mins. If there are any extra events on TSPS, it will prune them.
And also if multiple updates happening for a same event in shot delay, it will update them properly.
