When installing the BMC Performance Assurance for Servers or BMC Performance Peceiver for Servers product the installation requires a large amount of temporary space to be available on the machine.
The installation will first validate that the defined temporary directory has sufficient disk space and if it doesn't will check alternate temporary directory locations on the machine.

Legacy ID:KA326866 On WindowsTo override the default temporary output directory locations, you can set the %TMP% variable to the desired output directory before running the setup.exe command. On UnixOn UNIX you can set the $IATEMPDIR variable before running the product installation via the setup.sh or setup.bin commands. . If set, the $IATEMPDIR environment variable will override where the installer is extracted, where the installation logs are written, and where the Utilities directory is extracted. export IATEMPDIR=[location] For example: export IATEMPDIR=/bmc/temp
