Problem

What is the pconfig variable to enable or disable Device Mapping in Internet Server KM (ISM KM), Web Url KM (WUM KM), Web Transaction (WTX KM )?

Cause

Solution

The Device Mapping pconfig variables for the ISM KM ,WUM KM and WTX KM are as follows:

ISM KM -> "/InetSetup/INET_Services/Defaults/I2D"
WUM KM -> "/WUM/Default/Properties/DeviceMapping"
WTX KM -> "/WTX/Default/Properties/DeviceMapping"

To enable Device Mapping set the value to 1 and set it to 0 to disable it.

Note: If user wants the URL instances appear under the Agent device then device mapping must be disabled.
