LP: BMC BladeLogic Network Automation 8.3.00

'BCA-Networks TFTP Server' service fails to start after BNA installation.

When trying to start manually, it gives the error " Windows could not start the BCA-Networks TFTP server service on Local computer. Error1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

     LOG EVENT {Description=[Validation warning],Detail=[It is detected that the host on which you are installing BMC Network Automation 8.3.00 does not have Microsoft .Net framework 3.5.x which is prerequisite for packaged TFTP Server. Please install it before you proceed if you are planning to use packaged TFTP Server. If you proceed without installing Microsoft .Net framework 3.5.x then packaged TFTP Server will not work.]}

To resolve this issue, Install Microsoft .Net framework 3.5.x, re-run the installer, and then start 'BCA-Networks TFTP Server' service.
