Legacy ID:KA329601 This error message occurs when the peer is unable to communicate with Access Manager to authenticate users.
This message normally occurs at startup, as the peer is still coming online and is not yet able to communicate, but after a few minutes the message should no longer appear. If you are seeing this after the CDP has successfully started, you should also have problems logging into Grid Manager. Verify that Access Manager is running correctly, and that the CDP has the correct information for Access Manager's location (hostname or IP address and port) in the file $BAO_HOME\tomcat\conf\context.xml If Access Manager is running and the peer has the correct hostname and port but you still see this error, it may be that the peer has not started successfully. In some situations a peer component will fail to start but another component will still try to connect to the Access Manager. Check your grid.logs for the time immediately after peer startup to see if there are any other errors or messages that may explain why the peer is not running. Related Products:
