When debugging most TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) Agent or BPA Agent data collection, transfer, and some data processing or analysis problems, it is often necessary to send the log files from the remote agent with the problem to Customer Support.

There are two ways to obtain the log files from the remote node:
2. Alternately, if you don't have access to the remote nodes you can run the bgsagent_logs command from a TSCO Gateway Server/BPA console machine.
