Environment Details: AR 18.05 ->Fresh install ITSM 9.1.04 ->Fresh install Problem Statement : Run the Linux SmartIT 2.0 fresh install , During installation when we enter Remedy Application Service password and hit next , it gives below error +++++++++++++ (Jun 25 2018 08:46:07.990 PM +0400),SEVERE,com.bmc.arsys.api.ARServerUser, THROWABLE EVENT {Description=[Failed to login to AR Server using API],Detail=[ERROR (91): RPC call failed; <ARservername>:20065 ONC/RPC system error]}, ++++++++++++++ Actual Results The Installer gives an error when entered correct Remedy Application Service Password Expected Results The Installer should not give error and should complete successfully. |
