There are two solution to resolve this problem until a fix is available: 1. Edit the uninstall.sh script under <INSTALL_PATH>/BMCINSTALL/uninstall/DRCBM (or any other activation) Replace the line: jre_path="${uninstaller_path}/../../../ctm_em/JRE" With: jre_path="${uninstaller_path}/../../../bmcjava/bmcjava-v1" Replace the line: BMC_JAVA_HOME=`em env | grep -w BMC_JAVA_HOME | awk -\F= ' {print $2}'`
With: BMC_JAVA_HOME=`em env | grep -w EM_JAVA_HOME | awk -\F= '{print $2}'` The uninstall will run 2. Create symbolic link in <INSTALL_DIR>/ctm_em by running the following command: ln -s ~/bmcjava/bmcjava-v1 ~/ctm_em/JRE The uninstall will run Do not forget to remove the symbolic link after uninstalling the add-on by running the command: rm ~/ctm_em/JRE |
