IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS V6.3.
Toleration support means that a Compuware product functions as expected when using COBOL for z/OS V6.3, while not involving any
new features introduced or supported by COBOL for z/OS V6.3.
Toleration support includes the use of the new LP(32) compile time option.
Exploitation SupportExploitation support means using or supporting any new IBM hardware or software features available through COBOL for z/OS V6.3.
Customers wishing exploitation support by Compuware products should contact Compuware Customer Solutions with any new feature requirements.
Active Exploitation Support ProjectsCompuware is actively evaluating, designing and enabling our products to support various new features in IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS V6.3. New features currently under consideration for exploitive support are listed below. Complete descriptions of these features can be found in

- Support the LP(64) compiler option
- Includes XPLINK compiler option

- 64-bit Storage management and allocation

Evaluation Exploitation ProjectsCustomers wishing exploitation support by Compuware products should contact Compuware Customer Solutions with any new feature requirements. The following features are under evaluation.
- Dynamic-length Elementary Items – where the length of a data item may change at runtime depending on the size of data being moved
- UTF-8 enhanced moves and compares of UTF-8 data
