Until this issue will be implemented in the product, please follow next steps to resolve the problem: Login as root Run for .cshrc , .profile , AI.dat, APPLMAP.dat these commands ( where <owner> and <group> are the Control-M/Agent unix owner & group): chown -R <owner>:<group> .cshrc chown -R <owner>:<group> .profile chown -R <owner>:<group> $CONTROLM/data/AI.dat chown -R <owner>:<group> $CONTROLM/data/APPLMAP.dat chown -R <owner>:<group> $CONTROLM/data/CONFIG.dat chmod 755 .cshrc chmod 755 .profile chmod 755 $CONTROLM/data/AI.dat chmod 755 $CONTROLM/data/APPLMAP.dat chmod 755 $CONTROLM/data/CONFIG.dat Edit $CONTROLM/data/CONFIG.dat and change back the INSTALL_OWNER from root to Control-M/Agent user. |
