How to Purge a License for AR System Server via Support Web? |
This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. The information/data required to be able to proceed with the procedure here described is:
1- Using your BMC Support profile and credentials go to our Support Central website (Link) and select My Support > License and Password 2- Go down to the Innovation Suite OnPrem, Remedy License Keys section. 3- Select the option: Request/ Purge Licenses 4- Choose the corresponding menu option value from the View/Purge Licenses section:
5- Select required record from the list 6- Press Purge Selected Licenses. A notification of the request will be displayed.
