This behavior is observed on a Server Group (example, 2 AR Servers or more) The records in the ft_pending table are being processed very slowly which new created records are not indexed on a timely manner therefore are not searchable. |

Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. 1- Check the arftindx.log to be able to identify which records may be having problems to be indexed (Note: the fts log needs to be enabled, by default this log file is not being generated automatically. Go to the Server Information form and Log Files tab to enable it). 2- Check if there are any table fields. Perform the following: 1. Login Developer Studio in base development mode (if no customization then best practice mode). 2. Open the respective Form where the table field is located. 3. Select the table field and in properties, change the index for MFS property: FALSE. 4. Save the Form. 5. Restart the services. NOTE***: This will produce more records in ft_pending table for un-index operation with the respective table Field. Also if there is any customization do the changes in base development Mode.
