How can I disable Escalations, Admin Operations, or Archive for every server in a Server Group? |
This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. AR System has a feature to manually and immediately disable Escalations, Admin Operations, or Archive Operations on every server in the Server Group. To enable this feature, perform the following steps. 1. In a browser, open the Applications > AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console 2. Click System > General > Centralized Configuration. 3. In the AR System Configuration Generic UI form, from the Component Name list, select com.bmc.arsys.server.shared - shared 4. Click Add. 5. Enter the name of the setting that you want to add and its value:
After adding the parameters it should look like the screenshot below: 5. Click Apply and Close. Once you click Apply the change will take place immediately on each server. |
