In iiws.log, we see: 018-05-04 09:08:33,752 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] (IIWSImMgr.java:133) - Get ImpactInterface initialization exception: BMC-IMC800102E 2018-05-04 09:08:33,767 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] (ServiceDeployer.java:96) - The ImpactManager.aar service, which is not valid, caused ImpactManagerImpl initialize new IIWSImMgr Failed. |
Please send related files for this: - iiws_install_log.txt - IIWSInstallingConfiguration.xml - iiws.log - catalina.<date>.log - commons-daemon.<date>.log - host-manager.<date>.log - localhost.<date>.log - manager.<date>.log While IIWS is running, check http/https: http://hostname:port/imws/services/ImpactManager?wsdl https://hostname:port/imws/services/ImpactManager?wsdl Determine the version of Java: java -version It's possible that you have a later version of Java and it's dying because of it. Without IIWS running check the following to see if the ports are already bound: netstat -na | findstr :9080 netstat -na | findstr :9443 And confirm whether you have installed IIWS on the same directory as BPPM. Below Note is included in the IIWS documentation install section (https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/proactivenet96/Installing+BMC+Impact+Integration+Web+Services+server): +++ Note If you are installing BMC Impact Integration Web Services on the same computer in which the BMC ProactiveNet Server is installed, do not choose the directory in which BMC ProactiveNet is installed as the destination directory. Install BMC Impact Integration Web Services in a separate directory. +++ If so, uninstall it, reboot the server, and install it in a different directory. |
