What can we do if we see our TrueSight Operations Management Console screens appear to be inactive after an unspecified period of time?
For example, we login to the TSIM Console and then walk away for about 10 minutes. When we come back, the screen is frozen and we have to login again to get the pages active again.
Login to the TrueSight Operations Console, Select Options, select Administration, select Edit for Auto-Refresh Performance Enhancement
Set Auto-Refresh Pausing to On and set the Inactivity Time Limit to 1 hour
Monitor the behavior to see if that helps avoid some of the inactivity and "freezing" pr becoming "invalid" and let us know if there is any change.
