Silent installation of TrueSight Presentation server fails due to failure in connectivity to Remedy SSO server, following error is logged in TSPS installation logs. It was identified that, customer had changed the RSSO Admin user's password and password contained special characters but customer did not enclose the password in single quotes while encrypting it. After encrypting password (surrounded with single quotes) again and specified it in TrueSight_sso_password parameter of server-silent-options-linux.txt file, installation was completed successfully.
