Is Oracle 18c a supported database version for TrueSight Infrastructure Management 10.x, 11.x?
The TrueSight 11.x and 10.x software was not tested with Oracle Database 18c, it is not supported. We would recommend using a supported database version from our documentation

We do not currently have a time frame to add any new supported databases in 11.3.01.
An Idea via the BMC Communities has been created to request support for Oracle 18c in a future release.
