What might cause a timeout page to come up when trying to login to TSPS after applying secure certificates?
The following errors are seen in the session.stdout.*.log (/TrueSightPServer/truesightpserver/logs/session.stdout.*.log)
The errors suggest that the private key is not present in the loginvault.ks file.
Confirm whether the 'keytool -genkey' command (step 8) was performed from this link:
Or, if you have a p12 (private key) file that you want to import into the keystore:
- Navigate to the <TrueSight Presentation Server Installation Directory>\truesightpserver\conf\secure directory
- Run the following command to import the private key (e.g. tsps.p12) into the loginvault.ks keystore file:
- Restart TSPS when done:
tssh server stop
tssh server start
