The Atrium SSO (ASSO) plugin is created as part of the standard AR System Server installation. If this plugin is not being used or if Remedy Single Sign-on is being used, you can comment out or remove the entries for it in the pluginsvr_config.xml file -> "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\pluginsvr\" Look for: 1. ARSYS.ARF.ATSSOCONFIRMPWD 2. ARSYS.AREA.ATRIUMSSO Also, comment out (or remove) the corresponding Server-Plugin-Alias entry from the ar.cfg/ar.conf file : Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARF.ATSSOCONFIRMPWD ARSYS.ARF.ATSSOCONFIRMPWD <server-name>:9999 Then, restart the AR Java plugin server process (or the AR System service). Note: If you are using ASSO, then you will need to enter the proper configuration settings on the "Atrium SSO Integration" tab of the Server Information form in the AR System Administration Console.
