Error when you click on the AtriumCore CMDB Configuration Management Dashboard with 9103 Midtier.

After upgrading ARS system AR/CMDB/ITSM from 9.1 to 9.1.04.
mid-tier is still at 9.1.03.001.

Can't open Configuration Manager Dashboard if MT is 9103.

Why not : Configuration Manager Dashboard is introduced in version 9104. but ideally it should be compatible to open the console from mid-tier 9103 and lower version as it is not necessary.
Upgrade all the components to be same version.
