Error message encountered (as LB is not HTTP-enabled only HTTPs): The RSSO Server goto statement in the URL is pointing to HTTP of the Load Balancer. However, the Load Balancer is not setup for HTTP, only HTTPS. TSPS, RSSO, and Load Balancer are configured for SSL, so where is it picking up the HTTP in the goto statement? It is the HTTP header which needs the following configuration updated on the Load Balancer in order to resolve this problem: Text is in screen is : https://<hostname>:<port>/rsso/start?goto=http%3A%2F%2F<redirect host>:<port>&tenant=*@* Here’s how to test for it whether the solution will work. Check for the X-Forwarded-proto: https result Addition screen for the DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC note HTTPS URL at bottom highlighted in yellow: Requires an update within the LB configuration to forward the header to HTTPS (otherwise it always goes to HTTP): X-Forwarded-Proto=https X-Forwarded-Host=<host name of tsps server> This is also applicable for Proxy server setting sin case customer is hiding actual server urls.
