We are trying to change the RSSO hostname which is being used by TSPS. Login to the console, select Administration, Select Remedy SSO, Edit the Remedy SSO Integration settings. You will see that the hostname is grayed out and not something which can be edited. How can we change this hostname? Users can change the value of the RSSO server hostname which is being used by the TrueSight Presentation Server But first, check is whether the local users exist in the new RSSO installation's * Realm. Login to the new RSSO UI, click on LOCAL USER MANAGEMENT -> Users -> Realm * If the users don't exist, then you have to import them. Refer to KA 000148609 for the steps. Once the users exist in the * Realm, run the following commands on the TSPS server: tssh properties set bmc.sso.servername <FQDN of new SSO> tssh properties set bmc.sso.password <new password> encrypt tssh properties reload Also, manually change the FQDN reference of TrueSight_sso_hostname in the file: %TRUESIGHTPSERVER_HOME%\TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml. <name>TrueSight_sso_hostname</name> <value>host123.acme.com</value> Save the changes Stop/restart TSPS server |
