As general recommendation, avoid having multiple tabs on the same browser session to edit/create reports, views or dashboards. This can lead to have following general error: Oh no! An error has occurred during processing, please try again later" The Best Practice is to have only one tab when using Smart Reporting. To open or edit multiple reports simultaneously, it will be necessary to have different sessions (different user accounts) opened with different browsers or with incognito/private sessions, again with different user accounts.
