Legacy ID:KA429647 1) Removed the Self signed certificates from openfire admin 2) Change the port in connect.properties file to 5222 restart the openfire and smart it and chat was working fine. for remedy to work fine. we added below entry in openfire admin Property Name : hybridAuthProvider.tertiaryProvider.className Property Value: com.bmc.arsys.social.chat.openfire.auth.ARAuthProvider 1. import cert (parent and server) to client.keystore and truststore 2. import key pair to openfire keystore 3. identified the auth url configured is wrong, corrected it additionally check that certificates imported into smartit with openfire/resources/security/keystore They should be signed by CA If they are, hitting following url should not result in certificate warning from browser. https:<SMART IT FQDN>:<PORT> |
