Answer:
The following system parameters will define how often Control-M Batch Impact Manager perform the estimation:

DetectProblemsInterval
- Interval at which BMC Batch Impact Manager checks for problems in the service
- Default: 00:01:00 (HH:MM:SS)

NewJobsInterval
- Interval at which BMC Batch Impact Manager will check to see if new jobs have been added to the critical service
- Default: 00:01:00 (HH:MM:SS)

These parmeters can be configured on CCM > System Configuration > Control-M EM System Parameters.
Restart the BIM for the new value to take effect.

It is recommended to set NewJobsInterval to be the same value as DetectProblemsInterval
