Incorrect Path: ....\BMCAtriumCore\cmdb Correct Atrium Path has been updated on the following files to Resolve the Issue Verify that the \Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore\cmdb\plugins\pluginsvr_config.xml and log4j_pluginsvr.xml files in both "NE" and "Shared" directories are updated properly. The files should contain actual paths instead of environment variable references. The Above path is just a reference and will be different in different scenarios. However, the point of check is in the above mentioned file. Once the Correct Path is mentioned, then Restart the AR Server Services. |
