Make sure the command is run from the AR Server box where the E-mail Engine runs. IMAP4 Protocol (example) 1. Open an command prompt/Shell 2. Use the tool: Telnet telnet 143 (default port number) You should see something similar to this: * OK Microsoft Exchange 2000 IMAP4rev1 server version 6.0.4417.0 (astro.jetsons.remedy.com) ready. 3.
