Solution applied from KA361119 but it does not solved the problem. The records continue to be accumulated in the form 'CAI: Events'.

Following workaround provided by CE resolves the case

Update two filters
1 .WOI:WOI:ModifyWO_Completed_911_UseCAI`!
2. WOI:WOI:ModifyWO_Completed_710_StatusDone
 
Change the following part of the runIf qual of the above filters
from:  ('Status' = "Completed")
to:  ('TR.Status' = "Completed")
