The Record Object Relationships feature doesn't seem to be working after upgrade to 9.x Using Developer Studio and search for Related Workflow it only finds menus that are attached and is not finding the related workflow that it should find. |

Perform the following steps: 1- Disable the Record Object Relationship option from the Server Information form > Configuration tab. ................................................................................................ 2- Save the changes and apply it. 3- Go back to the Server Information form > Configuration tab and enable again the Record Object Relationship feature. 4- Check to make sure in the Centralized Configuration form the 'Record-Object-Relationships' parameter is set to "T". Note: BMC recommends that you set this option by using the Record Object Relationships option on the Configuration tab of the BMC Remedy AR System Administration: Server Information form instead of setting it manually in the configuration file.
