Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. 1- Check the user's entry in the USER form, user_cache tables. The same exact amount of records need to be in both forms. A SQL statement that can be used is: select username from user_cache where username not in ( select c101 from t15) * Note: t15 is the schemaId for the User form. This may need to be set if different on each database. To do so issue first this statement: select schemaid from arschema where name = 'User'; -- will give you the value to use. 2- This is the scenario where no records for the specific user are found in any of the tables menioned above. > Create the user with a new login ID. > Change it to original ID with use of Data Wizard - https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/itsm91/Updating+target+values+using+the+data+wizard 3 - Could also try the below step as It appears that some of the user/group information may be cached between runs and stored in the ARSystem\bundle-cache directory. > stop the arserver > delete the ARSystem\bundle-cache directory and then restart. There shouldn't be a problem with clearing the contents of this directory as the server will recreate it as required. Incase you do not want to delete the directory move/rename it rather than deleting. |
