Solution of the issue is achieved by setting the Disable-Admin-Ops-Global value to F rather than to T as you had suggested previously: To enable Admin feature, perform the following steps. 1. In a browser, open the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console, and click System > General > Centralized Configuration. 2. In the AR System Configuration Generic UI form, from the Component Name list, select com.bmc.arsys.server.shared 3. Click Add. 4. Enter the name of the setting that you want to add and its value.
Once you click Apply the change will take place immediately on each server. When Disable-Admin-Ops-Global is set to T it applies across the server group and overrides the individual server settings. |
