We have set up workflow with "Receive Task" for Work Order and Incident Management. We then imported the remedy workflow definition example from the documentation but when we change the status to completed it's not being fed back to Service Broker ? |

Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. a)Download the Remedy ITSM Integration patch from the EPD or the following location: ftp://ftp.bmc.com/pub/DWP b) Save the zip file locally c) Unzip the file & place all of the JAR files within the “C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\remoteaction\lib” directory d) Reinstall the ITSM Integration patch as per these instructions e) Check the "SB:RemoteApprovalConfiguration Approval" form has the correct end points: SBE Login End point: /api/myit-sb/users/login SBE Signal End point: /api/myit-sb/processes/signal f) Open the remoteaction.bat file and ensure the directories & java location is correct Note:The definition references the "Interface_Create" forms which are purged on a daily basis. To workaround this problem the clean-up of the “Interface_Create” form entries can be configured in the "SYS:Application CleanUp" form on the ITSM server. In the following screenshot you can see the Retention Period (Days) value which could be changed to something like 60 days. |
