Reach out to BMC Support and request for the Hotfix for defect : SW00505814 To add further, there were cases where even after applying the above Hotfix when using Tomcat 8.x for Midtier while accessing Atrium Integrator we run into HTTP 500/404 with ARERR 3600. To fix this : That Hotfix contains two zip files and one jar file "atrium-widget.jar" What you need to do is open "Data Visualization Module" form and look for the entry "AtriumIntegrator". You have already replaced the file "atrium-widget.jar" for the entry "AtriumWidget". Do the same for "AtriumIntegrator" Search the entry "AtriumIntegrator", back up the existing "atrium-widget.jar" file, replace the file with the HF one. - Stop the Mid-tier Tomcat service on all Mid-tiers which connect to that AR Server - Stop AR Server. - Start AR Server - Start Mid-tier/s - Clear your browser cache and go to Atrium Console. |
