What is the procedure for upgrading Track-It! 9 or 10.x to Track-It! 11.4 SP1 (11.4.1.558).
To upgrade to Track-It! 11.4 SP1 you must first upgrade the existing installation to Track-It! 11 (11.0.0.320).
