Ensure that only indexer servers are ranked for FTS in AR System Server Group Operation Ranking form. 2. For versions 9.1.04 and below, confirm that the BMC Remedy Full Text Search license is applied. 3. Ensure that FTS indexing is not disabled through the ARSystem Administration console. 4. Confirm if FTS is configured correctly via FTS Configuration console. 5. Enable and review the FTS indexer logs to confirm that the FTS Service is ready and functioning properly. 6. Review the Shared Settings in the Centralized Configuration and ensure that Operating-Mode is set to 0 or is not present. If after performing the above steps you still receive the error, restart ARServer and review the arftindx.log to see if the error persists. Look for any additional errors and contact support for assistance. |
