After upgrading AR Server, we're not able to update or delete any record on a normal form.

You should see many updates to arschema with the same schemaId's, signifying that a loop is occurring, which can cause database blocking.
Set this to 100 during the time that all 3 products are being upgraded, and can then set this back to 1 upon completion of the upgrade. |
