When TSPS is upgraded, the elasticsearch version is also upgraded which means different jar files are required to be used. If the custom/conf files contain hardcoded references to the files needed by, for example, 10.7 but TSPS has been upgraded to 11.3.01, then the processes will not start. Check the csr.conf and idxsrv.conf files in the custom/conf directory for entries like: vm.args.classpath.69="${truesight.home}/lib/dependencies/elasticsearch-1.7.1.jar"
Remove these custom/conf files completely and see if all TSPS processes then start ok.
