Error while installing TSIM 11.3.01 installation with non-root user.
This computer does not meet the following minimum requirements for installing the product. Ensure that these requirements are met and then proceed with the installation.
Number of Open Files: Actual 1024, Required 16096

At the time of installing 11.3.01 with non-root user it is giving an error.

The installer stops with the following error message:

This computer does not meet the following minimum requirements for installing the product. Ensure that these requirements are met and  then proceed with the installation.
Number of Open Files: Actual 1024, Required 16096

Error in installer logs:

As a workaround:

1.Close all SSH sessions.

2.Open a new SSH session with root account.

3.Edit /etc/security/limits.conf file to add below two lines:

<Non-root-User-Name> soft nofile 16096
<Non-root-User-Name> hard nofile 16096

4.Open a new SSH session with non-root user.

5.Run ulimit -a command again to verify.

6.Launch the installer again.
