TrueSight Infrastructure Management: After installing 10.7 FP3 admin console on a remote workstation, it is not possible to proceed past the logon screen
After installing Fix Pack 3 on the TSIM the remote TSIM Administration Consoles were updated to FP3 also. Then after the FP3 update/install of the Admin Console it hangs on logging into TSIM, and no error message.

After installing 10.7 FP3 admin console, it is not possible to proceed past the logon screen. The message window at the bottom shows 'Connecting to Login Server...'
The ngp_service.jar was missing on remote TSIM Administration Consoles.
From the TSIM server, copy file ngp_service.jar from <installdir>\TrueSight\pw\pronto\lib directory to <installdir>\TrueSight\admin\pronto\lib directory on the remote admin server then relaunch admin console.
