1. Check the Sentry KM version, if its less than 10.1.01 then upgrade Sentry KM to 10.1.01. There are many issues related to hierarchy is fixed in this version. To get more detail on Sentry KM, refer to link: https://www.sentrysoftware.com/products/km-hardware-sentry.asp 2. After upgrading it is required to restart the PATROL Agent because: 1. If the instances are already discovered in TSIM, after upgrade of KM, it will not update automatically. 2. TSIM will not get the AIS message unless we restart the PATROL Agent. Please Note: Restart of the PATROL Agent is mandatory to resolve this hierarchy issues as there are some changes in the PSL files from the KM side. After restarting of PATROL Agent all hardware KM instances should get discovered under remote created device. |
