Unable to install Smart IT User Experience (UX) patch 1.6.00 on a system that has AR/CMDB/ITSM/SRM version 9.1.03 patch 1 (9.1.03.001) installed. During the first steps of the UX patch installation, the following error is displayed: "BMC Service Level Management version 9.1.03.0 is not compatible with ITSM version 9.1.03.001. Both versions must be the same. BMC Service Level Management must be upgraded to continue with the installation."
