Problem

If pw ha enable is run with incorrect and then attempted to be run again afterwards, the command will fail indicating it has been run already.

Cause

There is no update command when configuring HA

Solution

Edit the <installationdirectory>\pw\custom\conf\ha.conf file and set the parameter:
pronet.ha.enabled=false
Then run pw ha enable again
