During upgrade of a standalone TrueSight Presentation Server to version 11.3.04, the installation is cancelled:

This can occur if the TSPS was previously High Availability (HA) but is now standalone as it is unable to locate the ha.conf file in the <installdir>\TrueSightPServer\truesightpserver\conf\ha directory. It has determined it is HA by the property TrueSight_high_availability_enabled in the TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml which is in the <installdir>\TrueSightPServer directory.

Locate this section in the TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml file:

    <property>

      <value>1</value>
    </property>

and modify the value so it looks like this:

      <name>TrueSight_high_availability_enabled</name>
      <value>0</value>
    </property>

Rerun the installation.
