Solution:
Workaround: Verify if the step is correctly configured. Step 1: Meet the prerequisites: a) Make sure Domain administrator account exist on Domain Controller. Also, make sure it has full Domain Administrator rights. b) Target device should be able to resolve the domain correctly. Step 2: Create an Operational rule with Step " Join Computer to Domain " Syntax of this step should be like this:
Step 3: Assign this rule to the target device and this should fix the problem. In case if the issue still persists then wait for next hotfix and verify or contact BMC Customer support. |
