How to login directly to True Sight Smart Reporting console?
By default, a user cannot login directly to TSSR console. To do this, please follow the steps below:
 
 
1. Stop the TSSR service
2. Navigate to below location \appserver\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF.
3. Edit web.xml file.
4.. Search for 'SmartReportingCrossLaunchFilter' and add the <init-param> tags as shown below. Also refer the attached screenshot
 
  <filter>
    <filter-name>CrossLaunchFilter</filter-name>
    <filter-class>com.bmc.truesight.tsr.filters.SmartReportingCrossLaunchFilter</filter-class>
    <init-param>
      <param-name>allow_access </param-name>
      <param-value>allow_access </param-value>
    </init-param> 
  </filter>

5. Restart the service.
6. Enter the following URL: https://hostname:port/index_mi.jsp

Note:
Direct login is only allowed for the default admin user. 
  • User Name : admin
  • Password   : admin12345
